Chasing the Microbial Growth

Microbial growth can affect businesses just like homes. If there is hidden moisture in the walls, then once the source is fixed, it is important to remediate the growth. Seen here in these photos, the microbial growth was found while removing walls, and extended beyond the 4 foot cut we were expecting. When this happens, we chase the affected area and make sure it is clean 2 feet beyond the affected area. Once the demolition has been completed, we disinfect or encapsulate the area.
